Solutions by venue
Each venue has its own age mix, supervision model and surfacing duty. We plan around the venue — not the other way round.

Outdoor play equipment we manufacture
Six product families built in our own workshops — steel, timber, HDPE, rope and composite. Every family is engineered around your site plan, not a catalogue.
Stainless steel slides
304/316L stainless and galvanised steel slides, from compact community units to multi-level structures.
View stainless steel slides
Rope net climbing
Machine-braided six-strand cable nets and play towers, tensioned and hardware-checked before dispatch.
View rope net climbing
Wooden playgrounds
Robinia, Finnish pine and reconstituted bamboo — kiln-dried, end-sealed, on stainless fasteners.
View wooden playgrounds
HDPE play structures
Virgin-material HDPE panels, UV-stable and low-temperature impact tested — bright, cleanable, durable.
View HDPE structures
Outdoor fitness equipment
Galvanised and powder-coated fitness and motion units that sit naturally beside play areas.

Playground bridges
Timber and steel link bridges, sky walks and landscape connectors that tie a site together.

Custom & themed structures
IP themes, nature motifs, bespoke dimensions — every non-standard project is engineered from your drawings.

Most outdoor playground failures start in the bill of materials. Our quotes carry BOM-level specifications — so your engineer can audit them before you order, not after delivery.
- STRUCTURAL STEEL
- Q235B tube & plate (inland projects); 304 / 316L stainless for coastal and water-play sites
- POSTS
- φ89–φ300 mm tube, φ114×2 mm typical; wall thickness verified by caliper at goods-in
- PLATFORM PANELS
- 3 mm anti-slip checker plate, or timber decking on 40×40 mm joists at 400–600 mm centres
- TIMBER
- Robinia heartwood only (sapwood removed); Finnish pine ACQ-C4A, KDAT re-dried; moisture 8–13%
- HDPE / PE
- Virgin material only — no regrind; 6 / 15 / 19 mm board, UV-stable, co-extruded weathering cap
- ROPE NETS
- φ16 mm six-strand cable core, nylon-jacketed, machine-braided; stainless core for coastal sites
- FASTENERS
- 304 stainless standard; 316L for coastal; caps on all exposed bolts
- SURFACE SYSTEM
- Hot-dip galvanising (GB/T 13912) + exterior polyester powder, 80–120 µm dry film
- SALT-SPRAY
- Neutral salt spray per GB/T 10125: ≥48–72 h inland, ≥120 h coastal, no blistering or shedding
Standards we design and assess to
For European projects we engineer to the EN 1176 equipment series and EN 1177 impact-attenuation requirements, and handle GPSR obligations with you. Our wording is deliberate: we design and assess to these standards — we do not claim to hold their test reports.
EN 1176 series
Playground equipment — structural safety, entrapment, entrapment gaps and age-appropriate design, applied part by part.
Read the EN 1176 briefEN 1177 & surfacing
Fall height vs. critical fall height, and the impact-attenuation duty of your safety surface — EPDM, rubber tiles or sand.

What GPSR requires of an importer, where CE marking applies — and the honest limits of a factory’s role in your compliance file.
Compliance path explainedFrom your site plan to an installed playground
Seven stages, each with a checkpoint you can verify. Nothing is produced before your drawings are signed off.
Site data
CAD or measured sketch, photos, obstacles, age mix, budget.
3D concept
Free concept model and layout against your dimensions.
Engineering
Production drawings, BOM, surfacing and foundation schedule.
Production
Steel, timber, HDPE and rope works in our own workshops.
QC pre-assembly
Trial assembly, weld and coating checks, numbered parts.
Packing & shipping
Container-optimised packing, photo record, customs papers.
Installation guidance
Manuals, videos, remote engineer support; local crew coordination.
Lead time, trade terms and documents, stated up front
Our standard production window is 25–45 days from approved drawings. We would rather explain the number than hide behind it.
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP against your port or your door, and prepare the full shipping file — invoice, packing list, origin certificate and destination classification paperwork for the importing country. After drawing approval you receive a weekly production report — steel, coating, pre-assembly, loading — so the wait is visible, not blind.
- STEEL & WELDING
- ≈ 8–14 days — cutting, forming, welding, grinding
- SURFACE SYSTEM
- ≈ 7–12 days — galvanising and dual-coat powder curing
- TIMBER / HDPE WORKS
- ≈ 5–10 days — parallel with steel where design allows
- QC PRE-ASSEMBLY
- ≈ 2–3 days — trial fit, inspection, numbered packing
- LOADING & DOCS
- ≈ 2–3 days — container loading, photo record, customs file
- INCOTERMS
- EXW · FOB · CFR · CIF · DDP — quoted per project, against your port or door
- PAYMENT
- Deposit at order; balance tied to pre-shipment inspection and photo record
- SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
- Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin; destination classification paperwork prepared per importing country

Five times we will tell you not to buy from us
A supplier who never talks himself out of a sale is selling you something. Here is where we are the wrong choice:
- Your tender requires a held EN 1176 / ASTM / IPEMA test report. We design and assess to these standards but do not hold their third-party certificates. Tell us in your first email — we will say plainly whether we can meet the requirement, and what it would take.
- Your budget only fits a trading-company price. We are the factory. Our quote carries real material grades, coating specs and QC — if a much cheaper number is the only target, we are not it.
- You need equipment installed within weeks. Standard production is 25–45 days from approved drawings. We will not promise a date we cannot build to.
- You cannot provide site dimensions or photos. Real layouts need real site data — trees, services, slopes, boundaries. Guesses produce designs you cannot use.
- You want a payback-period promise. Anyone quoting you one is guessing. We will give you costs, dimensions and capacity — the rest is your business case.
And ask any supplier — including us — for these five documents before you order: material certificates · coating thickness and salt-spray reports · weld inspection records · HDPE/PE material reports · timber treatment and moisture reports.
Three things we do differently
Not slogans. Each one is something you can check on your first order.
First quote in 24 hours, not days
An engineer reads your site data and returns a first quote — usually with the questions that make it accurate. Not an auto-reply, not a template with your name pasted in.
Photographs of your own order before it ships
Trial assembly, welds, coating and numbered packing — shot on our line, for your order, before the container is sealed. You see what you are paying for.
Specifications you can audit before ordering
BOM-level detail in the quote itself: material grades, coating thickness and salt-spray hours, fastener grade, timber treatment and moisture content. Hand it to your engineer.
Planning tools, guides and tender documents
Self-checks and long reads for the numbers and decisions that shape a playground project — free, no form required.
